DRIVING jobs are up for grabs at leading poultry firm Moy Park after a boost in business.
Helping the company to meet the increase in demand are logistics recruitment specialists Employ Recruitment UK Ltd, who have organised a dedicated driver registration day on August 2.
And for those drivers who register there is an opportunity to train up and achieve a City and Guilds award for the Transport of Animals.
The registration day starts at 9.30am and runs until 12.30 and is being held at the Moy Park centre in Blenheim Road, Ashbourne DE6 1HA, and the firm are looking for 15 drivers.
Sadie Weston, managing director at Employ Recruitment UK said: “We’re expecting a good turnout at Moy Park because we’re offering some great opportunities, including varied shifts and flexible working hours and weekend work.
“As these vacancies are for skilled live haul work, we’re even offering training free of charge for drivers without this qualification, which is of real benefit to them as it increases their future chances of regular employment.”
In addition to flexible working and training opportunities, those drivers wanting to earn even more have the option of increased pay for working dark hours (20.00 – 06.00).
Any drivers interested in attending are asked to contact Sasha Lyon on 01335 346800 or e-mail email@example.com, and to bring their driving licence with them.
