Working for us
We passionately work to high standards, have high expectations in terms of commitment, a strong desire to work hard, with an overall sense of improving the business, wherever possible going above and beyond. However, in return we support you when demands at home mean you need flexibility and problem solve where we can to ensure your quality of life is improved due to your job and not hindered by it.
Personality testing, 0PQ, Myer Briggs. We undertook this personality profiling to help people understand their strengths and weaknesses, what motivates them and types of support that works best for them. This in turn helps develop employees both professionally and personally and in turn improves the workplace.
Parenting skills. Being able to function highly at work means being able to take care of family needs in the best way possible for a good quality of life experience. Thrive promotes children’s and young people’s positive mental health by helping adults know how to be and what to do in response to their differing and sometimes distressed behaviour.
Belbin Team Roles are used to identify behavioural strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. Whether developing people, resolving conflict or fine-tuning high performance, Belbin Team Roles provide the language to ensure that individuals and teams communicate and work together with greater understanding.
Training and Development
We believe in developing people and offer employees opportunities to better themselves through training and development for those who want to climb the career ladder. Nearly 50% of our workforce, including all of our directors, hold their Transport Managers CPC, which we feels adds to our expertise when dealing with issues related to driving and aids a quick resolution.
