Excellent team, who take the time to speak to you, communication is great using the app so you don’t get loads of phone calls but if you need to check anything or have a query they are on it straight away and most of all they are nice!  Best agency I’ve ever come across, they listen to you, show consideration. and respect, highly recommend and would not go anywhere else.

Employ have an open, honest and professional approach where they are not afraid to accept responsibility when issues arise and deal with them accordingly. They communicate effectively and are constantly looking for feedback to help improve their service. A big plus for me is that they look to measure their colleagues against KPI’s and I challenge them to perform to the same standard as my own people.
