Employ Recruitment are delighted to share the news, that they have become an affiliated member of TEAM (the Employment Agency Movement). With the accelerated growth Employ are currently experiencing, ensuring our standards and policies were upheld was of paramount importance to me and the Employ team. Being directed and supported by external organisations of expertise with industry specialists was the natural right step to secure this expansion. Ensuring all our candidates and clients alike receive the best possible service has always been of priority to Employ, and we are always striving to better ourselves to maintain these values. The collaboration with TEAM is another example of where we seek to benefit from the wider knowledge and learnings of our industry.
TEAM is the largest network of independent recruiters in the UK, providing recruitment and employment services to its membership, enabling them to provide all the benefits associated with an independent recruiter whilst being able to harness the networking power of over 700 locations. The TEAM Professional Standards Committee (TPSC) comprises experienced TEAM Members as well as external lay people who assist the Directors and TEAM Members in dealing with enquiries about the professional standards and/or activities of the industry as a whole.
