The survey asked drivers who had recently worked for Employ, a series of questions on their health and well-being. It included physical health issues typically experienced by truck drivers. The questionnaire study used survey monkey as a confidential platform and was compiled and executed by a marketing firm with health profession experience.
We now have a better understanding regarding the wellbeing needs of our drivers and thoughts on how to best support them, and have compiled a 12-month plan which will start in the very near future, so watch this space.
Many thanks to our drivers for their participation in the survey; the results are very valuable to us as well as the logistics sector, and will ultimately benefit you and hopefully other drivers in the UK. We look forward to starting our wellbeing programme and making a difference.
