HGV Class 1 Driver Jobs Castle Donington

Employ Recruitment are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers on behalf of a leading temperature-controlled logistics provider based in Castle Donington. The operation runs 7 days per week and is particularly busy from Friday through to Sunday, although a 24/7 operation so shifts available across the week.

Refrigerated Distribution Driver Role

• HGV Class 1 (CE) Driver
• Castle Donington
• Refrigerated distribution
• Day and night shifts available
• Immediate starts
• Average shift length approximately 12 hours
• Friday to Sunday busiest periods however shifts available across 7 days
• Occasional nights out available (booked in advance) but not essential
• Modern fleet and well-established operation
• Double decker experience required

This is a professional food distribution environment where reliability, flexibility and good communication are highly valued.

Pay Rates

Monday to Friday

• AM Shifts (from 04:00): £16.00 per hour
• PM Shifts (from 16:00): £17.00 per hour

Saturday

• AM Shifts: £18.00 per hour
• PM Shifts: £19.00 per hour

Sunday

• AM Shifts: £20.00 per hour
• PM Shifts: £21.00 per hour

Additional Benefits

• PAYE
• Minimum 8 hour shift guarantee
• Bank Holidays paid at Sunday rates
• Weekly pay

HGV Driver Requirements
