About us

Employ has specialised in logistics’ recruitment since 2005 and has been highly successful, not only through business growth, but also by reputation as being one of the leading industry agencies to work for. We provide the majority of our drivers with regular work: 10% of Employ Recruitment’s drivers become permanent employees at their client of choice and 60% of our driver team are on fixed weekly bookings. 

One of our keys to success has been knowing how to look after our drivers, which has enabled the creation of long-lasting relationships and why they stay with us. We make sure we have all the right information in order to offer drivers the best service during assignments, leaving them in control of when and where they wish to work.
