First and foremost, your safety comes first, so we have partnered with Road Skills Online so you can access monthly 20-minute online toolbox talks which helps you as a professional driver to maintain your high professional standards. The toolbox talks are recognised by the CPD Standards Office and DVSA, more and more operators are now looking for extra measures agencies and agency drivers have in place towards improving road safety and compliance and continued professional development and toolbox talks tick all of these boxes. A growing number of operators engage with Road Skills online for their permanent staff and we are very proud to be the very first agency to secure this for agency drivers. Road Skills Online monthly toolbox talks is included as part of the benefits package, you will shortly receive an email providing you with a link to access the toolbox talks.

24/7 Legal Cover 
Every driver’s worst nightmare is to be involved in a blue light incident. Even though a small risk, it means you can be at your most vulnerable when you are asked to give a statement to the police and potentially give inaccurate information which can have major consequences. So, we are providing 24/7 legal roadside support should you be involved in an accident, so that you are able to access legal experts who can ensure appropriate procedures which protect you, as well as advise you and represent you from the moment a collision happens. It means you will never be in a situation where you will be dealing with it alone. In practise how does that work?………If you are involved in a blue light, police attended serious collision whilst on shift for Employ you will have a number you can call 24/7, 7 days a week where you will be connected immediately to a solicitor who specialises in transport law. A solicitor will then attend the scene and represent you from the roadside right through to police interview, ensuring you have the best and most appropriate representation from the moment a collision occurs. Full details along with the number to call is available on our app now. We encourage all drivers to read and to make note of the number. 

Insurance
We’ve got you covered! As a recruitment agency we provide insurance for all our drivers whilst on shift for Employ, so you never have to worry about incurring costs involved should the unfortunate happen, and you are responsible for vehicle damage whilst on shift, or involved in an at fault road traffic collision.  

CPC
We are here to make your life easier, so your annual CPC course is organised and paid for by us, so your training is kept up to date and you meet legislative requirements. Our next courses will be shown on our app shortly. You can contact us to confirm your place on any available courses. The app will be regularly updated with courses throughout the year. Our next courses will be detailed on the app at the beginning of October.

Should you choose to organise your own training, insurance, and legal representation, please let us know so we can remove you from our comprehensive package. I am aware that I have been auto enrolled into Employ Benefits.
