Sadie Weston, Managing Director
Managing Director and Company founder, Sadie Weston, started Employ Recruitment in 2005, after as an employee, seeing first-hand the effects of a compliance breach. The incident shaped Sadie’s ambition to start her own company that would put compliance as the foundation for business practise.
Sadie has maintained high standards of compliance by ensuring that employees regard it as an important value and is an integral part of company culture. This has led the company to develop innovative software which eradicates human error in compliance management. “This is an industry I have worked in for over 15 years and one I am very passionate about. I am very lucky to have such a great, empowering team working with me to help the business grow and develop as it has. I am proud to have developed Driver Recruitment Software (DRS), which is something I think many agencies, especially those working in logistics recruitment will benefit from, and I’m proud that it is the most compliant CRM for recruiters.”

Leann Lewis, Operations Director
Operations Director, Leann has been with Employ recruitment since 2019 as Operations Director, she leads all departments to ensure clients’ needs are met, her high performance is reflected in the increased NPS scores. In addition Leann leads specific campaign development to support our compliance and safety focus, which have earned industry recognition. Leann has quickly cultivated camaraderie amongst our driver network, through regular engagement, listening and responding to feedback.

Zoe Dawson, Finance Director
Finance Director, Zoe Dawson, has been with Employ since 2009. Zoe’s main duties are account management and liaison, as well as involvement in special projects.

I make sure that pensions and HMRC payments are made in a correct and timely manner; always resolving any pay issues as soon as possible in an open manner. ”
Paul Keyworth, Training Director
Training Director, Paul Keyworth after 3 years at Employ in Director roles, found that his interest in training had ignited, so developed training for the business in Transport Manager Training, Driver CPC and Recruiter Compliance. Paul stated: “After a 30-year career in logistics recruitment at a senior level, I joined Employ. Kathryn Martin, Compliance Manager
Compliance Manager, Kathryn has a wealth of knowledge within the logistics sector. Kathryn worked for Employ recruitment from 2015 to 2018 as an apprentice, followed by compliance co-ordinator. Kathryn is responsible for managing our compliance processes licence checks, investigating incidents, driver infringements and audits.

Jamie Stamp, Operations Manager
Jamie Stamp, Operations Manager, joined Employ in Feb’ 2023 when the southern branch of Employ was opened. Jamie’s main responsibility is the management of our driver workforce across the south; ensuring client fulfilment and driver satisfaction.
With over a decade of HGV driving behind him, and many years of management experience, Jamie is able to put his background knowledge to good use. Jamie prides himself on his ability to listen, assess and analyse customers needs, in order to deliver a comprehensive service. For this reason Jamie has selected “Insightful” as his favourite value.
Gemma Broster, Operations, Manager
Gemma, Operations Manager, joined Employ in 2013, her main responsibility is the management of our driver workforce across the company, through meticulous planning to ensure client resource is fulfilled.

Rachel Bennett, Recruitment Consultant
Rachel, Recruitment Consultant, joined Employ in 2022, her wealth of experience, insight and industry knowledge enables her to provide a first class service to our candidates and clients.

Chloe Hodson-Ridgway, Resource Co-ordinator
Chloe, Resource Co-Ordinator, started as an apprentice at Employ in July 2017 and has progressed to her current role. Chloe’s responsibility includes the day-to-day bookings for drivers in line with clients’ requirements and maintaining good relations with them. Chloe also supports the Finance department with weekly invoicing and payroll and additional administration tasks as and when needed.
