Mind Plan by Every Mind Matters (NHS)
Answer five simple questions and this tool creates a tailored mental wellbeing plan, packed with tips and support based on your needs. It’s quick, practical, and ideal for drivers who don’t have time to sift through endless advice.
SHOUT 85258 – 24/7 Text Support
No signal? No problem. SHOUT is a confidential text messaging service available 24 hours a day. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious or low, text ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 and speak to a trained volunteer for free. Perfect if you’re on the road and don’t feel like talking out loud.
Catch It – Mental Health App Backed by the NHS
