We are pleased to announce the introduction of our new payroll system, paiyroll®, which uses latest technology to improve the payroll experience for everyone. You can access the system via the online web address (login.paiyroll.com.) from any device with internet access. Once the data is uploaded, you can view it straightaway and query it before we complete our payroll, so any errors can be rectified quickly, ensuring you receive accurate payment. The payslips are easier to read and understand and show exactly what you will receive after tax, pension deductions, etc. We will be working over the next few months to show your pay live, so you will be able to check it at any time.
Tips to get you started
- You can access paiyroll® from any device at login.paiyroll.com.
- The first time you access it, you will need set your password; you can do this by clicking Reset password.
- You then enter your email address and follow the emailed instructions.
- If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder, and ensure you have entered the email address that your account is registered with.
- Once set up and you return to the website to check your live payslip, remember it can take a few seconds while your full payroll is calculated on-demand.
- Make sure you check your live payslip at least once before every pay day, to make sure it is accurate.
- If anything looks wrong, then please contact us so, we can correct any errors before payday. In addition. there is a live chat help button on the site that you can use for queries.
